GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. "Firearms sales" are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
 

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

 

CHANGING, MODIFYING, AND SUBSTITUTING ORDERS

We like to serve customers best as possible and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have placed an existing order and want to change it,  we can help you with that. Orders that meet this requirement and need to be modified will be canceled and the customer will receive a full in-store credit and/or Gift Card. Once the customer receives the refund they can replace the order on the website.

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

All canceled and returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. The process is as follows: The item must be returned unopened in the original box. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% open box fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

 

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.

2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

3. Firearms and/or Ammo, not transferred to the buyer.

4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.

 

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers to track and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

 

G3 UNLIMITED WILL NOT place the order for the customer due to fraud and sensitive information that gets exchanged in transactions. At this point, the transaction lead times have restarted.

Any order that surpasses 21 days and we haven’t received the requested documents for your order. Your order will be canceled, and funds returned minus the 15% restocking fee.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer to ship to states outside the lower 48 and internationally. If an order is placed outside of the stated perimeters it will be canceled and issued a restock fee. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address DO NOT match. Orders will then be replaced via a gift card to place the order correctly. If an order is for a serialized item or firearm the system will dictate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address.

TRANSFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO G3 UNLIMITED

• All purchasers of firearms (NJ) must have a NICS Background check.

• All transferred firearms must include:

• Contact Information for the transferee - Copy of Sender FFL License (if dealer sale)

• Copy of Drivers License (if individual sale)

• All Ammo MUST be shipped in a separate package.

• All Firearms must be shipped with Tracking Number and Adult Signature Required (this is your responsibility).

• G3 UNLIMITED assumes NO responsibility, financially or legally, for the firearm(s) or product(s) condition. Buyer and seller must settle any issues that may arise.

• Any and all transferred items not completed by the buyer and/or seller within three (3) month time frame will begin to incur storage fees as determined by G3 UNLIMITED    unless other arrangements have been MADE IN WRITING

• Any and all transferred items not completed by the buyer and/or seller within a six (6) month time frame will be considered abandoned and become the property of G3 UNLIMITED unless other arrangements have been MADE IN WRITING.

• Please wait until we contact you by email to schedule a NICS Background check.
  NOTE:

  • DO NOT CALL even if your tracking shows your item has arrived at our shop. We receive multiple packages daily, and it takes time to open boxes & log firearms in our system.

• You will be notified if your firearm needs NJ Compliance work during your first visit. Additional fees will be disclosed upon evaluation

• Any item that can not be made NJ Compliant or is banned in New Jersey will be returned to the seller and a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) will be charged to the buyer plus any shipping cost associated with the return of the item.
   

ONCE YOUR FIREARM IS PURCHASED and G3 UNLIMITED is chosen for your Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer, you will receive an email with an Appointment Scheduler requesting you to provide the required forms to be uploaded to us.  At this time you will pick your date and time from available appointments. Payment is required at this time via our G3 UNLIMITED Payment Portal. Firearm Transfer Paperwork (Form 4473) will be completed and submitted for a NICS Background Check. Remember to bring your required paperwork with you even though you submitted it earlier by upload. This will help to facilitate the process.

1) Drivers License

2) FID Card

3) Handgun Permit or NJSP Email confirmation with SBI# (Only required for handgun purchases)

 

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition (FID card required in NJ).  All ammunition will be shipped ground with an adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state, and federal laws including if "PROPER IDENTIFICATION" is required before purchasing ammo for shipping. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money. If an item's description contains an error such as an incorrect photo, price, accessory, or description, and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. G3 UNLIMITED will not be responsible for uninsured items. By placing an order, the customer agrees that G3 UNLIMITED will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.

• I am not a fugitive from justice.

• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.

• I have not been adjudicated as mentally defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.

• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.

• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.

• I am not currently less than eighteen (18) years of age for the purchase of a long-gun(s)/shotgun(s) and long-gun/shotgun ammo and twenty-one (21) years of age for the purchase of a handgun(s) and handgun ammo.

• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
   

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from G3 UNLIMITED.
